Can I make updates to any page on my site?

Yes. All of our packages are complete Content Management Systems (CMS). You are able to make edits, changes or deletions any time of the day or night right through your browser with any Internet connection. No special skills are required.

What is the cost benefits of a CMS compared to a static site?

The benefit of a CMS with respect to convenience and cost savings are significant over time. In fact, the FT11i CMS Advanced package is comparable in cost to a regular “static” web site with about 10 static pages. We don’t recommend going with a site structure (i.e. static) that is about to be outdated or that requires extensive knowledge in special software (FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc.).

What are the extra costs if FT11i enters my initial page content for me?

If you’d like professional image formatting and page layout done, FT11i can do this for you at a cost of $100 per page. This includes content and image optimization, formatting, and layout using content you provide.

What is included in the initial setup fee?

This includes initial consultation, hosting setup, custom design creation (not included with Calling Card CMS), FT11i CMS setup and deployment, Domain Name registration, and email setup - everything you need to have an instant online presence!

What is included in the monthly service fees?

This includes your standard hosting, unlimited website support, email accounts, and updates to your CORE features and purchased modules as they are released.

Can I add an image or photo gallery to my site?

Yes! We have many Modules and Addons available.

Are there any long-term commitments?

By purchasing and deploying an FT11i CMS site, you agree to keep your service with us for a minimum of 12 months.

If I purchase the Calling Card CMS or Business CMS, but later need more pages, can I upgrade to the Advanced CMS?

Yes. If you later need to upgrade to another package, give us a call at 800-806-6620 and we'd be happy to discuss your options.

What is your process?

Our ultimate goal is to design a beautiful custom web site with a look and feel that reflects your organization's unique services and that strengthens your position in the market place.

With respect to the design of your home page, it’s important for us to know and understand your likes and dislikes. After all, you are the expert in your field. Before proceeding to design your website, you'll be presented with the opportunity to present your ideas for the design with our creative staff.

Once we’ve done our homework, our graphic artists start designing your home page. We start from scratch and we initially come up with a home page design concept. (Add $350 for additional design concepts). You'll be given the opportunity to request modifications to the initial composition to fine-tune the design. When the design has been approved, we wire up the CMS and launch your control panel.

Are there any hidden or extra charges?

No, the FT11i CMS packages are based on a fixed priced and there are no hidden or extra hourly charges.

Before we begin work on your web site, we will present you with a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of your web site project. With your approval, a Service Agreement is created and signed by both parties and the setup fee is paid.

If you wish to add items to the Service Agreement, an Amendment will be produced and we will ask you to approve the work as described. This assures that there are no surprises or any hidden charges.

If I decide to host my site somewhere else or cancel my service with FT11i, do I get to keep my website?

Yes, FT11i will export all the content of your web site into a static HTML version of your existing site for you. Technically speaking, this exported version of your web site can be hosted by anyone as a standard HTML static web site. The exported version will remain exactly the same way as it was at the time you saved it. All that would happen is that you loose your CMS privileges and you would not be able to use the CMS functions.
